Associate Attorney Ryan Lindinger works in the South bent office for Blackburn & Green. He originally received his BA in Public Relations from Purdue University in 2002 and ranked in the top third of his class when he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2006.
During Law School he worked as a law clerk with the criminal defense litigation firm of Borland & Gaerte in Indianapolis. He served as second chair during a felony jury trial while working with that firm and obtained his first experience in a courtroom while making oral arguments at an evidentiary hearing.
He has been practicing law since 2006 and serves as a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the St. Joseph County Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is presently admitted to practice law before the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts and all state courts in Indiana.
He has received numerous distinctions during the course of his law career. In 2012,he was recognized as one of top 40 Under 40 from the National Trial Lawyers as an award given to the top 40 young trial attorneys across Indiana.
Membership into such an organization is extended by invitation only and is awarded exclusively to those who exemplify trial results, superior qualifications and leadership as a young lawyer under age 40. Peer nominations and third-party research are used to award this distinction.
